The following is the schedule for the Bantam AA Ottawa Senators and Bantam AA Kanata Rangers tryouts (1996 and 1997 birth years):
Tuesday, May 4th, Bell Sensplex, 6:00-9:00pm
Thursday, May 6th, Kinburn, 7:00-10:00pm
Saturday, May 8th, Bell Sensplex, 1:15-2:15pm
Sunday, May 9th, Kinburn, 12:30-2:30pm
Tuesday, May 11th, Bell Sensplex, 6:45pm-8:45pm
Thursday, May 13th, Kinburn, 8:00-9:30pm
Special Event: On April 22nd the 2009-10 Ottawa Senator's Intermediate AA team will be playing an exhibition game from 6:00-9:00pm at the Bell Sensplex versus the Norwegian National Women's Team.
During the tryout process, the Bantam AA Ottawa Senators roster will be finalized by May 8th. These are projected dates and are subject to change.
Cost for spring tryouts will be $100 including a jersey , there will be an additional fee for those that also attend fall tryouts for other competitive teams.
All returning KGHA/Ottawa Senators players must be fully registered in order to attend tryouts. The 2010/11 on-line registration will be available shortly on the KGHA website.
Any players who did not play within our Association during the 2009/10 season that wish to attend tryouts for an Ottawa Senators team should contact Steve Gibson, generalmanager@oswh.ca or the Kanata Rangers contact Terry Nichols, competitive@kgha.ca. In addition, please complete the tryout registration form which will be available shortly in the “Registration” area of the KGHA website. Ottawa Senators team tryouts are “OPEN”, Kanata Rangers teams have limits regarding the number of players who reside in areas that have existing “AA” programs (ie Nepean, Gloucester) that can be selected to the teams, more information can be provided upon request and is also located in the “Registration” area of the KGHA website. All players who played for a different girls Association in 2009/10 will be required to provide either a PTS or release in order to attend tryouts.
Tryouts for other Kanata Rangers competitive teams are expected to begin in August, schedules will be announced at a later date.
