Congratulations to Cydney Roesler and Morgan Richardson for being selected to play in the Canada USA 3 game series starting November 18th

Ottawa was represented well at the 2011 U-18 Selection Camp and the U-22 Development Camp held at the new Rockland Sports Centre

Amanda Levielle ,Morgan Richardson and Cydney Roesler battled for a spot on the U-18 roster against the United States while Jamie Lee Rattray,Stefanie McKeough,Isabel Menard and Erica Howe completed the next phase of the U-22 selection process expected to wrap up in November.



January 2011

Team Canada was unable to defend their World Championship as they fell 5-2 to the Americans in the final game.

The Ottawa Senators would like to congratulate all the talented players that participated in the championship tournament, especially our own Cydney Roesler.

The Ottawa Senators Women's Hockey Club would like to congratulate Cydney Roesler on her selection to the U-18 Team Canada and wish her all the success during the U-18 World Championships being held in Stockholm Sweden January 1st to 8th.

Sens Alumni continue the Ottawa Senators Womens Hockey clubs representation on team Canada as Isabel Menard and Stefanie McKeough will travel to Kreuzlingen Switzerland with the Team Canada Under 22 to play in the MLP cup which begins on January 4th.

The Ottawa Senators Women's Hockey Club would like to congratulate and wish all the best of luck to 3 Sens Alumni for their selection to the 2010 National Women's Team Evaluation Camp being held in Calgary this week. Stefanie McKeough (1991) , Isabel Menard (1991), and Jamie Lee Rattray (1992) will give it their best in trying to grab the top wrung of the Women's hockey ladder in Canada.

Ottawa's Cydney Roesler will begin the defence of Canada's 2010  World Championship win when she travels to Lake Placid for the U-18  mini series with the US.

Ex Senator Isabel Menard and Stefanie McKeough will play against the US-22 squad in a series scheduled for next weekend in Toronto.

Hockey Canada has published the Roster for the U-18 and U-22 Selection Camps scheduled for August 5th to the 14th in Toronto.

Congratulations to current Ottawa Senators Monika Leck and Cydney Roesler who will be challenging for a spot with the U-18 team. Senators Alumi Isabel Menard  andJamie Lee Rattray will be skating with the U-22's as forwards while Stefanie McKeough will make her second appearance   defending  her last years position on defence.

Erica Howe will attend the Team Canada Goalie Camp beginning in August 1st in Toronto. 6 U-22 and 6 U-18 goalies will be chosen to stay on for the selection camp beginning August 5th.

Hockey Canada announced Wednesday a list of 109 players identified for a strength and conditioning camp (Boot camp) that will take place from May 25-30 at the University of Calgary.

March 2nd 2010

The U-18 roster for the 2010 World Championship has been released and the Ottawa Senators will have two players going to Chicago.

    

Jamie Lee Rattray will make her second appearance at the World Championships and Erica Howe will make her debut on the World stage.

The championships are scheduled for March 27th to April 3rd  at the home of the Chicago Mission in Woodridge Illinois a suburb of Chicago.

Stefanie McKeough will be returning to Calgay August 9th for the U-22 selection camp and when successful will stay on to play the US in a 3 game series.

 

Erica Howe and Jamie Lee Rattray will suit up against the U.S. U-18's  for 3 games in Calgary August 24th,August 26th and August 27th . Way to go girls !!!


 



May 2009

The Ottawa Senators will send two players to the U-22 conditioning camp in Calgary.
Stephanie McKeough and Cassie Seguin will go to Calgary April 30th to begin their bid to make the team.

     

Jamie Lee Rattray will return to Calgary for her second time at the U-18 conditioning camp on May 7th and she will be accompanied by Erica Howe.
